This is the state of Ariaria International market after heavy down pour in Aba yesterday, 29th of October. The traders have described the situation as unbearable.
A public call has been made to the governor through the media to help arrest the situationg by constructing adequate drainage systems to prevent a re-occurrence of such an environmental hazard which destroyed properties worth millions of Naira.

this does not say good of abia state. i have been to this market several time from ph and i can testify that this is one market that holds so much for the people of south east. i hope tha authorities doe something about this.
