Igbere TV can authoritatively confirm that the ex-Governor of Abia State and now a senator of the federal republic, Chief T. Orji, has abandon his long standing wife Chief Odochi Orji for a younger lady that is presently pregnant for him.
The pregnant lady is the daughter of another prominent Umuahia politician, Chief B. B. Apugo and we hear she works in a bank.
A well known aide to former Governor T. A. Orji recently posted on his Facebook page that Odochi Orji denied the rumour going round that her husband abandoned her.
According to him: “Wife of former governor of Abia state, lady Odochi Orji, has debunked the rumours making the rounds that senator Orji has married a second wife. Speaking at the Ibeku Women Conference, she said ….. Ochendo loves me, those who are saying my husband has married a second wife should bury their faces in shame, its all lies. They said I have run away, being here today shows that i am with my husband”.
Igbere TV also heard that the governor is ready to take
the lady as a second wife and has sent several emissaries to plead with chief
Apugo, who is threatening fire and brimstone, to accept him as a son in-law.
The politicians are doing the worse. There is Godoooooooooo!
