Missing Boy: This little boy was found loitering in Lagos On Wednesday





This little boy was found loitering around the Ilasamaja area of Lagos on Wednesday. He can hear but can't speak and write so it's been difficult for people to find out who he is and where he came from. Anyone who knows him should contact the Ilasa Police station to get him.
